Article 1 - Definitions

1.1 Nexum Digital: The performance marketing agency based in Limburg, Belgium.
1.2 Client: The natural person or legal entity entering into an agreement with Nexum.
1.3 Services: All work performed by Nexum for the client.

2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotes, agreements and services of Nexum Digital.

2.2 Deviations from these conditions are only valid if expressly agreed in writing.

3.1 All quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.

3.2 An agreement is concluded upon written acceptance by the client or at the start of the work.

4.1 Nexum will perform the services to the best of its knowledge and ability, in accordance with the requirements of good workmanship.

4.2 The client ensures timely delivery of all required information and materials.

5.1 All stated rates are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.

6.1 Nexum is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profits or missed revenue.

6.2 Nexum is not liable for changes in algorithms or policies of external platforms that may affect campaign results.
